Elemental Touch Massage Oil: Use liberally on skin as desired for massage. External use only.

Pure and Natural Deodorant: Apply a thin, even layer to clean, dry underarms. Allow the stick to warm against the skin for a few seconds to improve glide. Let the product absorb before dressing. For cardboard push-up tubes, gently push from the base to dispense.

Zen Natural Magnesium Spray: Apply 7 to 10 sprays to clean, dry, unbroken skin over major muscle groups (thighs, upper arms, abdomen) twice daily, or as needed or directed by your health care practitioner. Avoid applying lotions or other topical products to the same area, unless directed.
