Effective date: October 6, 2026
This Affiliate Agreement governs participation in the Yummy Brands Partner Program operated through YumNaturals.Store Without Prejudice (“YumNaturals,” “we,” “us”). By activating Affiliate access, you agree to these terms electronically.
1. Joining the Program
You must have a valid YumNaturals account, provide accurate information, and be legally able to enter into this Agreement. Affiliate access begins only after you deliberately accept the required confirmations and activate your account.
2. Partner Levels
- Affiliate — 15%: the self-service starting level.
- Partner — 20%: an approved upgrade.
- Premier — 25%: an approved top-level upgrade.
Your account level is a maximum program rate. Product eligibility and product-specific commission caps can result in a lower rate or no commission on a particular sale.
3. Qualifying Sales
Commission is earned only on qualifying sales that are successfully tracked and eligible under the active Partner Program rules. Products, bundles, subscriptions, stores, promotions, or other transaction types may be excluded until they are specifically enabled and verified.
The Partner Program is intended to serve YumNaturals, DMSO store, and the Healing with DMSO Book store through one Partner relationship. Tracking and commission features apply only where they are currently enabled in the Partner Dashboard or program rules.
4. Tracking and Attribution
The current referral window is 30 days. Where more than one Partner referral qualifies, the last qualifying Partner referral receives attribution. Tracking depends on normal browser, cookie, device, and checkout behavior and cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
5. No Self-Referrals
You may not use your own referral identity to earn commission on your own purchases or otherwise create artificial or non-genuine referrals.
6. Returns, Refunds and Non-Qualifying Sales
Returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate transactions, or other non-qualifying activity may reduce, reverse, or cancel commission. The current commission hold period is 35 days.
7. Payouts and Taxes
The current minimum payout threshold is $50. Payout timing, method, currency, and verification requirements are administered under the active Partner Program procedures. Automatic payouts are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and obligations arising from commissions you receive.
8. Honest Promotion
You agree to promote Yummy Brands and participating products honestly, lawfully, and without deception. You may not make false or misleading product, health, income, earnings, or performance claims; send unlawful spam; impersonate Yummy Brands; or represent that you have authority to bind us.
Use official product information and approved brand materials when describing products or the Partner Program.
9. Brand and Content
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use approved names, links, logos, images, and promotional materials solely to participate in the Partner Program. All ownership remains with the applicable rights holder. We may require inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unauthorized material to be removed.
10. Independent Relationship
You participate as an independent affiliate. This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, fiduciary, or representative authority. The Affiliate, Partner, and Premier levels are direct marketing commission levels and are not an MLM, downline, or multi-tier/upline compensation structure.
11. Program Review, Suspension and Termination
We may review, change, suspend, downgrade, or terminate Partner access where reasonably needed for program integrity, legal compliance, abuse prevention, inaccurate promotion, or violation of this Agreement. You may stop participating at any time.
12. Changes to the Program
Commission rates, eligible products, attribution rules, payout procedures, features, and these terms may change as the program develops. Material changes will be posted through the website, Partner Program, or Partner Dashboard. Continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Other YumNaturals Legal Terms
This Agreement is read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer and Waiver. Those documents continue to apply to your use of the website, account, products, services, and information. If there is a conflict specifically about participation in the Partner Program, this Affiliate Agreement controls for that Partner Program issue.
14. Electronic Acceptance
Your electronic acceptance is recorded with your YumNaturals account, the applicable Agreement version, and the acceptance date and time. That electronic acceptance has the same intent as signing this Agreement.
