Return Policy

We are a small operation and we do not offer returns or refunds. We try our best for optimal quality control. If you are not satisfied with a purchase please contact us and let us know why and we can come to an amicable conclusion. If something has been damaged via shipping or a product has separated or is rotten (but not due to leaving the product in a hot car or by customer neglect), we will honour a replacement.

We offer in store exchanges up to 30 days of purchase on items that are non-perishable and show no damage. Creams, salves, homeopathics, probiotics & most supplements are non-exchangeable.

If you have any questions about the status of your order please understand that it takes us between 5 to 10 working days to process an order. You will receive a tracking number for your orders as soon as it has shipped.

Shipping can take between 2 to 8 weeks depending on your location. We are currently receiving a large amount of queries and it is taking us longer than usual to reply.
