YumNaturals African Black Shampoo – Daily Balance is the thicker, more balanced companion to our original African Black Shampoo Intensive Treatment formula.
Designed for more frequent washing, Daily Balance combines traditional African black soap with botanical extracts, aloe vera, lightweight plant oils and essential oils in a smoother soap-based shampoo. The formula is designed to cleanse everyday oil, styling residue and environmental buildup while leaving the hair feeling clean without the heavier finish of the original Intensive Treatment formula.
Its thicker consistency also makes the shampoo easier to distribute through the hair and scalp than thinner traditional soap-based formulations.
Daily Balance vs. Intensive Treatment
Daily Balance was developed for customers who prefer a lighter, more frequent-use shampoo.
Compared with our African Black Shampoo Intensive Treatment, Daily Balance has a reduced oil profile and includes aloe vera and natural thickening support for a smoother, thicker consistency.
Daily Balance may be a better fit for:
• Fine or easily weighed-down hair
• Normal-to-oily scalp conditions
• More frequent washing
• Customers who prefer a lighter finish
• Hair that accumulates styling residue or everyday buildup

Botanical Soap-Based Formula
Daily Balance is made with:
Spring water, African black soap, horsetail extract, jojoba oil, argan oil, grapeseed oil, sandalwood distillate, castile soap, vegetable glycerin, aloe vera powder, xanthan gum, essential oils of lemon, pine, rosemary, tea tree and pink grapefruit, and grapefruit seed extract.
The formula produces a light-to-moderate lather and is intended to rinse clean without the heavier oil profile associated with the Intensive Treatment version.
