Production: Wheatgrass juice powder is the carefully pressed, dried, and powdered form of fresh, young grass blades grown from the common wheat seed.

Common Use: Even though it is always best to consume foods in their as close to natural state (freshly pressed wheatgrass shot), wheatgrass powder is a convenient and palatable way to boost nutrition and increase your intake of daily greens in your diet.
