Product Description
Zen Natural Magnesium Spray is a simple, leave-on cosmetic mist formulated for everyday use on the body. The lightweight liquid spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and leaves a soft, non-greasy finish; a touch of aloe vera is included for a comfortable skin feel. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, and do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Ingredients: Distilled water, magnesium chloride (from Japanese nigari salt), aloe vera.
Use: Apply 7 to 10 sprays to clean, dry, unbroken skin over major muscles groups (thighs, upper arms, abdomen) twice daily, or as needed or directed by your health care practitioner. Avoid applying lotions or other topical products to the same area, unless directed.

I’ve been using this spray for a few days and can already feel a difference. It is easy to spray on and keep handy when needed. I take magnesium to deal with stress and this sure does seem to work almost instantly if I’m feeling overwhelmed. I also am healing years of stomach/digestive issues that led to poor magnesium absorption in my gut so this really helps bypass breaking down a capsule or tablet. I apply twice daily so far and have been doing 1-2 magnesium bisglycinates per day. Hoping to scale to after my body starts using it efficiently and building reserves back up.

It’s a wonderful product, there is a burning sensation on the skin in the beginning, but it is also the sign that you are magnesium deficient so just bear it and then you’ll see that this will disappear after a few days of use. Otherwise it’s super efficient 🙂 Thank you for this great product
