Handcrafted in small batches, Orange Facial Cleanser and Toner is a lightly aromatic, citrus-forward liquid formulated to refresh the skin without the feel of traditional soaps. The kombucha-fermented orange peel infusion provides a bright, water-light slip, while neroli floral water and aloe vera lend a soft finish; witch hazel contributes a classic toning feel and vitamin E supports product integrity. Because this is a fermented preparation, store in the refrigerator (or a consistently cool location) after opening; avoid touching the dispenser tip to keep the contents clean, and use within two months. A thin, translucent film may occasionally form at the surface (a natural byproduct of fermentation); you may strain it through a fine sieve if desired. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Container style may vary due to availability. This tonic is a staple in my skin care routine. It smells amazing and the new spray nozzle makes it so much easier to use. I let it sit on my skin until it’s dry, then I use face lift in a jar. My skin has never looked better. People mistake me for 20-something….I’m 40-something.

I rarely use soap to wash my face (I turned 60 last week, but I have NO wrinkles, and very youthful-looking skin) and instead I opt for either a hand-made soap if my skin is especially oily (YME offers a DELICIOUS berry and poppy seed soap), or I use rosewater or plain witch hazel to remove oil, dirt or grime from my face.
The Orange Facial Cleanser & Tonic ups the ante by “feeding” your face nutrients, and it feels and smells so good during application. I use it first thing every morning after waking. Has a subtle citrusy perfume. A little bit goes a LONG way. Recommended!
