Product Description

Instructions: 1/2 tsp tea per cup of boiled water. Steep covered for 15 minutes, then strain. Take 3-5 times per day. Add honey to taste.

Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare) have been traditionally used to support lactation. They contain compounds like anethole, which help promote milk production.

Nettle Leaves (Urtica dioica) are rich in nutrients and have been used to support overall vitality during lactation.

Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is one of the most commonly used herbs to support milk production. Its seeds contain phytoestrogens that may help stimulate milk flow.

Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) is nutrient-dense and has been used to support lactation by providing essential vitamins and minerals.

Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) is traditionally used to tone the uterus and may support lactation indirectly by promoting postpartum recovery.

Hops Flowers (Humulus lupulus) have calming properties and support relaxation, which benefits lactation. They also encourage the production of the hormone prolactin which is why, as a constituent of beer, hops can promote “man boobs” in men who chronically indulge in too much beer!

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is known for its detoxifying properties and support of liver health, which is essential for overall well-being during lactation.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) has calming effects and may support relaxation and stress reduction, which can be beneficial for lactating women.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) is known for its warming properties which support circulation and digestion, contributing to overall health during lactation.

1/2 tsp tea per cup of boiled water. Steep covered for 15 minutes, then strain. Take 3-5 times per day. Add honey to taste.

A small yummy connection

YUM ↔ YAM — Anahata, the heart chakra, is traditionally represented by a twelve-petaled lotus and associated with the seed mantra YAM (yam). YUM and YAM are not the same word, but the sound echo offers a fitting little connection to heart, nature and community.

A gentle synthesized meditation drone to accompany the spoken YAM mantra; not a traditional fixed chakra frequency.
