N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) decongests the lungs, helps to relieve symptoms of chronic bronchitis, helps in the treatment of inflammation of the respiratory system, chelates heavy metals (Joshi, 2012) and chemicals, and supports the terrain. NAC also is a powerful antioxidant in it’s own right, and is an acetylated form of the amino acid cysteine, which is part of the biochemical pathway to synthesize glutathione, one of the body’s major antioxidants.

Product Description

Provides antioxidants. Helps to relieve symptoms of chronic bronchitis. A supportive therapy in the treatment of inflammation of the respiratory system. Assists the denaturing and removal of graphene oxide from the body. N‑Acetylcysteine (NAC) is an acetylated form of the amino acid cysteine which is more efficiently absorbed and more effective than cysteine. It is a powerful antioxidant. and is used to protect from acetaminophen toxicity. NAC is effective in the treatment of lung damage caused by the inhalation of airborne chemicals. While NAC does reduce the amount of damage caused to the lungs by cigarette smoking, it does not completely protect them from damage. Studies have found that NAC treatment significantly reduced the number of bacteria in the lungs, and specifically suppressed the growth of Mycobacterium avium (associated with nearly 90% of cases of pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacteria disease). (Shiozawa, 2020)

NAC is commonly used to help break down mucus: it is known to destabilize biofilms, as it cleaves the disulfide bonds of mucus glycoproteins, thereby reducing the viscosity and thickness of mucus. As a result, it can assist with the elimination of biofilm-producing bacteria, such as Helicobacter Pylori (associated with gastric ulcers) (Biswas, 2022). It also has a neuro-protective effect, showing promise for those with Multiple Sclerosis (Scheops, 2022) and epilepsy, with a marked ability to reduce oxidative stress (Egilmez, 2023) (Mohammadi, 2022) and even addiction (Sharma, 2022) NAC helps to reduce plasma-cell adhesion in type 2 diabetes patients. NAC is also used as a liver protectant and appears effective in reducing complications related to liver transplants (Ntamo, 2022). When used with glutamine, it helps the body to synthesize the antioxidant glutathione, an antioxidant and peptide (short protein-like molecule) synthesized in the body from the three amino acids ʟ‑glutamic acid, ʟ‑cysteine, and glycine. Glutathione is one of the body’s most important and powerful antioxidants. A major function of vitamin C is to keep glutathione, ʟ‑cysteine, and N‑acetylcysteine in reduced form so that they can continue to have their powerful free radical–quenching effects. The supplement N‑acetylcysteine appears to minimize the severity of influenza-like detox expressions. Subjects taking 500-600mg twice daily experience a more rapid removal of mucus to heal flu quicker.

A small yummy connection

YUM ↔ YAM — Anahata, the heart chakra, is traditionally represented by a twelve-petaled lotus and associated with the seed mantra YAM (yam). YUM and YAM are not the same word, but the sound echo offers a fitting little connection to heart, nature and community.

A gentle synthesized meditation drone to accompany the spoken YAM mantra; not a traditional fixed chakra frequency.
