Product Description

Handcrafted from organic and wildcrafted botanicals, this aromatic blend brews into a smooth, comforting cup with balanced earthy and minty accents. Packed by weight for consistency, contents may settle in transit; store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct light. This product is a beverage tea and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Ingredients: Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), pau d’arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa) and/or cat’s claw (Uncaria tomentosa), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), comfrey root (Symphytum officinale), herbal liver blend (ginger root, dandelion root and leaf, burdock root, hydrangea root, wild yam root, Oregon grape root, yellow dock root, milk thistle seed), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), licorice root, horsetail (Equisetum arvense), peppermint (Mentha piperita), meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria).

For a robust cup, use 1 tablespoon per 1 cup (240 mL) of freshly boiled water; cover and steep 10–20 minutes, then strain. For an extra-strong brew, simmer gently for a few minutes before straining. Enjoy plain or sweeten to taste.

A small yummy connection

YUM ↔ YAM — Anahata, the heart chakra, is traditionally represented by a twelve-petaled lotus and associated with the seed mantra YAM (yam). YUM and YAM are not the same word, but the sound echo offers a fitting little connection to heart, nature and community.

A gentle synthesized meditation drone to accompany the spoken YAM mantra; not a traditional fixed chakra frequency.
