A small yummy connection

YUM ↔ YAM — Anahata, the heart chakra, is traditionally represented by a twelve-petaled lotus and associated with the seed mantra YAM (yam). YUM and YAM are not the same word, but the sound echo offers a fitting little connection to heart, nature and community.

A gentle synthesized meditation drone to accompany the spoken YAM mantra; not a traditional fixed chakra frequency.
