Product Description

Botanical Tea – Women’s Balance is a loose-leaf beverage tea crafted from organic and wildcrafted botanicals. The cup is mild and herbaceous with floral red clover, clean citrus-herbal tones from lemongrass, and a subtle sage finish. Packed by weight; contents may settle and may not fill the bag. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Use responsibly: consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition; discontinue use if sensitivity occurs; keep out of reach of children. If experiencing depression, avoid prolonged use unless guided by a qualified practitioner.

Ingredients: Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) leaf/flower, sage (Salvia officinalis) leaf/stem, red clover (Trifolium pratense) blossom, Queen Anne’s lace (Daucus carota) seed/flower, lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum), cleavers (Galium aparine).

Add 1 heaping tablespoon of herbs per 2–4 cups freshly boiled water; cover and steep or gently simmer 10–20 minutes, then strain. Herbs may be re-used for additional brews. Enjoy plain or sweeten to taste. Typical serving: about 200 mL (≈8 fl oz) per cup, 1–4 times daily as desired.

A small yummy connection

YUM ↔ YAM — Anahata, the heart chakra, is traditionally represented by a twelve-petaled lotus and associated with the seed mantra YAM (yam). YUM and YAM are not the same word, but the sound echo offers a fitting little connection to heart, nature and community.

A gentle synthesized meditation drone to accompany the spoken YAM mantra; not a traditional fixed chakra frequency.
